Approach - c3Dr
The c3Dr framework is tailored to fit each individual situation. It is not a "plug and play" solution.
This is to ensure that it works effectively, meets the objectives and works within the constraints of each organisation.
Naturally, there is an implementation approach, outlined below.
An implementation can be as quick as 8 weeks, or as long as 6 months. It depends on the individual situation.
Approach to implementing c3Dr
c3Dr requires no specialist software.
c3Dr can be used alongside standard document management, automated workflow and consolidated reporting tools, but does not require these to enable its adoption.
c3Dr is agnostic to project management methdologies, so does not require an organisation to adopt a new approach. It works equally well with a traditional waterfall approach as a pure agile implementation, and any variation thereof.
c3Dr can be integrated with existing tools and processes, such as SDLC, and risk management tools.
