How does the CMO achieve those challenging objectives?
The CMO team will;
- work with the Strategy team to understand strategic objectives and change priorities
- work with the Risk function to understand the organisation's risk appetite
- work with Finance to establish budgets, track expenditure and validate benefits
- identify the key functional experts and SMEs, and their capacity to support change
- establish the change discipline in the organisation, building its profile and value-add
- manage the change team, building its capability, mentoring and guiding PMs and BAs
- work closely with change agents across the organisation, guiding the change activity
